Now, he has lost around 40 pounds and achieved his goals, thanks to his lifestyle change and diet. He has quitted eating meat that makes him feel great and lighter. His motivation and dedication help him achieve his goals, and he maintains his healthy lifestyle. The hard work that Tyler did gave him many benefits in life. Just like gas, his determination fuels his goal to achieve his ideal weight.
