Ali MacGraw is a beautiful woman who starred in Love Story, one of the greatest romance movies of all time. This American actress was born and raised in Pound Ridge, New York. In her teenage years, she pursued a career in modeling.She majored in drama and art history at Wellesley University. After graduation in 1960, she worked as an assistant editor of a fashion magazine and became an assistant fashion photographer. In 1967, she became a famous fashion model.

She made a name for herself in the fashion world before she decided to become a fully-fledged actress. In 1969, her performance in her debut film Goodbye, Columbus had earned praises from the public. It was then when she was offered the lead role for Love Story, opposite Ryan O’Neal, for which she was nominated for a Golden Globe and an Academy Award.
